Short Description
The IMPRS on Reactive Structure Analysis for Chemical Reactions (IMPRS-RECHARGE) is a unique postgraduate training program founded in 2015 by the Max-Planck-Institut für Chemische Energiekonversion, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, Universität Duisburg-Essen and Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung, which are all located in the district of Rhine and Ruhr in Germany. The IMPRS focuses on interdisciplinary research in chemistry/physics. Emphasis is on catalytic mechanism, physico-chemical analysis and related energy topics. The interplay of theory and experiment is the graduate school's vital aim.
